Common questions
What does the 15% booking fee mean in practice?
You set your own prices. When a patient books through the platform, 15% of the booking fee goes to The Health Nav. You receive the remaining 85%. For founding members, this rate applies for as long as you're active on the platform. The standard rate after 50 members is 25%.
When do I start paying?
Only when patients book through the platform. There's no subscription, no listing fee, and no upfront cost. If nobody books, you pay nothing.
Can I leave at any time?
Yes. You can deactivate your profile whenever you want. If you reactivate later, your founding member rate stays with you.
What if I'm not getting bookings yet?
We're building the UK's first dedicated CEP platform — patient awareness is growing. Your profile is indexed on Google from day one, and as more practitioners join, the platform becomes the go-to place for patients looking for exercise physiology. Early members benefit most as traffic grows.
How long does sign-up take?
Under 5 minutes. You'll need your AHCS registration certificate. We manually verify every profile, which typically takes 1–2 working days.
