For years, they witnessed a common frustration: people struggling to find the right care when they needed it most. This wasn't just a professional observation; they'd even faced the same hurdles navigating their own injury recoveries and searching for trusted exercise physiologists.

My career path has been anything but linear, yet every step has been valuable. I started in technology recruitment, placing software engineers at data-driven companies and hedge funds.
At the time, I didn't realise I was sowing the seeds for a future in HealthTech. I then pivoted to my passion for health, spending over 10 years in the industry. I began in clinical exercise on Harley Street before founding in London.
It was during my time running PH Therapy that I noticed a critical gap in one of the world's most forward-thinking cities: discovery. Patients were struggling to identify high-quality practitioners who could truly solve their problem.
This realisation led me to co-found The Health Nav. As CEO, I set the strategic direction of the company while getting hands-on with our design. I am passionate about translating the curated patient experience I built at PH Therapy into a digital platform that gives patients clear visibility and choice.

Reilly
Co-Founder, The Health Nav
I have had the privilege of working in the health industry for over a decade. My career has been dedicated to the prevention and management of chronic conditions, helping people use exercise medicine to manage pulmonary, cardiac, metabolic health and more.
However, through my extensive work in rehabilitation, I noticed a consistent gap in the market: accessibility. While there are great practitioners in London, finding the right one is often a frustrating guessing game for patients.
That is why I co-founded The Health Nav.
We are a digital marketplace that empowers patients to search, compare, and book high quality practitioners based on the metrics that actually matter to them: clinical speciality, rating, location, and price.
What sets my approach apart is that I sit directly at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Beyond my clinical background, I specialise in technology and personally lead the platform architecture and development.
By managing the technical build myself, I ensure our technology is a purpose-built solution designed specifically for the nuances of patient needs and practitioner workflows.

This question, born from their own experiences, became the inspiration for The Health Nav. Ben and Reilly understood the frustration of wasted time, confusing advice, second and third referrals, and the feeling of being lost in the healthcare maze.
