Referral partners

The organisations we work with

We build relationships with clinicians and organisations who share our standard of care, so patients know they're in good hands, and referrers know the calibre of people alongside them.

Why we partner

Partnerships built on a shared standard of care

Clinical exercise physiology works best as part of a wider care team. We partner with charities and clinicians who refer to us, and who we refer to, so patients move between the right specialists without falling through the gaps.

Every partner is chosen for the quality of their care. For patients, that means the people you’re introduced to are trusted and vetted. For referrers, it means the organisations already working with us set the bar for who we work with next.

OncoMove CIC
Charity / CIC

OncoMove CIC

OncoMove is a Community Interest Company delivering free, evidence-based 12-week exercise programmes for people living with and beyond cancer, led by clinical exercise physiologists.

Twelve weeks builds a foundation, but recovery doesn't stop at week twelve.

  • Every practitioner is verified, personally: every Clinical Exercise Physiologist is AHCS-registered and personally reviewed by our team, not processed by an automated check.
  • Free for your patients: matched with a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at no cost to them. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.
  • Continuity, not a fresh start: a CEP picks up where the programme left off, building on the progress your patient has already made.
  • We do the matching, not your patient: you refer, and we pair them with the right CEP for their condition, needs, and location.
Coyne Medical
Private GP

Coyne Medical

Coyne Medical is a private GP clinic in Fulham, London, built around proactive, preventative medicine: from everyday GP care to health screening, genetic and cancer screening, and whole-body MRI. It's owned and run by GPs Dr Hugh Coyne and Dr Lucy Hopper, who see patients across all ages and, increasingly, help them act on what a consultation or screening reveals.

Prevention is central to how they practise, and exercise is a large part of that. But a GP recommending exercise and a patient actually receiving it as clinical care are two different things. Identifying that exercise would help is straightforward; safely prescribing, supervising, and progressing it for someone managing a condition is a specialist's job. That's the gap Coyne Medical closes by referring to a Clinical Exercise Physiologist.

  • Every CEP is AHCS-registered and personally verified, not an automated check. The standard Coyne Medical holds its patients to is the standard we hold ours.
  • Free for patients: no subscriptions, no hidden fees on the platform.
  • Exercise delivered, not just advised: a specialist turns the recommendation into a supervised, condition-specific plan.
  • We do the matching: the patient doesn't face a search box, and the referral adds no admin to a busy clinic.

Give your patients a next step you trust

If you support people who need somewhere to continue their care, we’d like to build you a referral pathway. It takes one conversation to set up and one link to use. Your patients get continuity; you get somewhere you can stand behind.

Or email us at info@thehealthnav.co.uk to talk it through first.
