I am a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, having completed my MSc in September last year, and I am also a BACPR Specialist Exercise Instructor (Level 4).

I have been volunteering with the University of Salford for the past 18 months, supporting Phase IV cardiac rehabilitation exercise group sessions.

All exercise programmes I deliver are individually tailored to each client, based on their specific functional needs and goals.
